School Days

$125/week

Village Ventures – Daily before and after-school programs rooted in free play. Art, exploration, outdoor time, and study. The program provides a nurturing space for children to "venture" into new activities, friendships, and learning opportunities outside regular school hours. After-school subject enhancements are limited. Contact us to learn more.

Special Events

$95/Day

Seasons of Wonder Camps

Prepare for no school days with a program your children enjoy and you trust. Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer camp offerings. Exploring seasonal changes through crafts, games, and cultural traditions.

Full Day Camps

$25/Event

Oak and Acorn Adventures Special events require concentration. Creating ease for families to attend school related events. Rest assured your kiddo will be well cared for during the 2.5 hour block of time. While you adventure we will too. O&A emphasizes teamwork and personal growth, using nature and creative activities. Let the village support you.

Daily Schedule

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Arrival & Free Play

  • 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Morning Circle (songs, storytelling, daily theme intro)

  • 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Themed Activity (varies by day, see below)

  • 10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Snack Break

  • 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Outdoor Exploration (gardening, hiking, nature play)

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch & Quiet Time (rest, reading, or independent crafts)

  • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Afternoon Workshops (arts & crafts, performance, science experiments)

  • 2:30 PM - 2:45 PM: Snack Break

  • 2:45 PM - 4:00 PM: Group Games & Activities (sports, scavenger hunts, cooperative games)

  • 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Extended Care (optional, includes free play and supervised activities)

  • Week 1: June 16-20 "Nature Explorers"

    • Monday: Create nature journals & scavenger hunt

    • Tuesday: Build mini birdhouses or bug hotels

    • Wednesday: Leaf pressing & plant identification

    • Thursday: Water play and eco-friendly crafts

    • Friday: Group nature hike & campfire storytelling

  • Week 2: June 23-27 "Arts in Action"

    • Monday: Tie-dye & natural dye experiments

    • Tuesday: Collaborative mural painting

    • Wednesday: Pottery & clay creations

    • Thursday: Puppetry & theater play

    • Friday: Camp-wide art showcase for families

  • Week 3: June 30 - July 3 (short week, closed July 4) "Around the World"

    • Monday: Make cultural crafts (e.g., paper lanterns, beadwork)

    • Tuesday: Cooking class featuring global recipes

    • Wednesday: Music & dances from different countries

    • Thursday: Passport adventure & closing celebration

  • Week 4: July 7-11 "Science and Discovery"

    • Monday: Simple chemistry experiments (slime, volcanoes)

    • Tuesday: Engineering challenge (build bridges or towers)

    • Wednesday: Learn about space & create star maps

    • Thursday: Outdoor physics experiments with water and wind

    • Friday: Science fair presentations

  • Week 5: July 14-18 "Magical Mythology"

    • Monday: Create your own magical creature

    • Tuesday: Mythical storytelling & shadow play

    • Wednesday: DIY costumes & fantasy role-play

    • Thursday: Outdoor treasure hunt

    • Friday: Mythology-themed skit or play

  • Week 6: July 21-25 "Farm to Table Fun"

    • Monday: Plant seeds & garden exploration

    • Tuesday: Visit to a local farm or simulated farm activities

    • Wednesday: Cooking with harvested vegetables

    • Thursday: Make herbal tea or natural balms

    • Friday: Farm-to-table picnic with parents invited

  • Week 7: July 28 - August 1 "Adventure Awaits"

    • Monday: Map-making & compass use

    • Tuesday: Obstacle courses & team challenges

    • Wednesday: Create DIY survival kits

    • Thursday: Camp-out style day (tent building, smores)

    • Friday: Award ceremony for adventurers

  • Week 8: August 4-8 "Creative Builders"

    • Monday: LEGO challenges & model-making

    • Tuesday: Cardboard castle or city building

    • Wednesday: STEM construction projects

    • Thursday: Outdoor building with natural materials

    • Friday: Showcase of creations

  • Week 9: August 11-15 "Music and Movement"

    • Monday: Create your own musical instruments

    • Tuesday: Dance workshop (various styles)

    • Wednesday: Group music improvisation & rhythm games

    • Thursday: DIY karaoke & songwriting

    • Friday: Camp talent show

  • Week 10: August 18-22 "Celebration Week"
